-We offer return services for all orders placed within the United States and provide you with a $7 return shipping label. We do not accept returns or exchanges for FINAL SALE products or international orders. We suggest that you obtain a receipt from the post office when delivering your package to confirm that it has been scanned.

-If you initiate multiple returns for an order and wish to package them together, please contact [email protected] .

-Any returned items that have been worn, altered, soiled, or washed will be rejected during inspection. All returned items must be in a brand new and unused condition. All returns must be in their original packaging and accompanied by all labels.

-All international orders are final sales.

-If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your item [email protected] . We will request photos of the damaged items, and once evaluated, we will notify you if they can be replaced. We will reject any unapproved packages.

-After the return package is delivered, please wait 7-15 working days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be displayed on your credit card statement within 1-3 working days.

Exchange Policy

-For all exchanges, please note that we require you to allow 8-10 working days for processing after the returned item is delivered. Once the item you returned is processed, our warehouse will begin shipping the item you exchanged to you. We do not accept exchanges after 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.

-We currently only offer size exchange services. Please feel free to initiate a replacement through our return portal at any time! Please make sure to enter the complete order number in our portal website, including all dashes, numbers, and letters.

Final sales

-All products sold are final and are not subject to our return policy. FINAL SALE products do not meet the requirements for exchange, return, or price adjustment.

-Unless otherwise stated, discount codes are invalid on discounted items.
